Lindley's Wedding!

Lindley got married on May 24th and she was a beautiful bride. We had a wonderful time; congratulations and best wishes to Lindley and Brad Peterson!

Da'be fixed Lindley's hair the morning of the wedding and Addison decided to play dress-up after she left. We pulled out my veil and she had Da'be fix her hair! Doesn't she look like an angel!!!

Meggie and KK sang at the wedding and as always sounded great...well, one little girl couldn't hold back her praises and in a packed silent church after they finished "Surely the Presence," Addison says "Yay!!!" Everyone laughed!

Lindley spent the month of May with us while finishing out school before the big wedding and she was a wonderful playmate for Addison. Addison loved having a "big sister" to follow around and play with. Addison misses you sooo much, Lindley! Come back to visit soon!

Addison's School Party!

For Addison's real birthday, I took cupcakes to school after naptime! They were so funny waiting for their cupcakes; they were soooo excited. My little one might be the messiest eater in the class; I know now why we come home so dirty every day, but she enjoyed every bite!

Addison's 2nd Birthday Party!

We had Addison's 2nd birthday party this past Sunday and the weather was absolutely gorgeous! Addison had a blast - we put everything up while she was down for her nap and when she woke up she was so excited she couldn't decide which way to go first! It was sooo funny! We rented a princess inflatable jumper and it was a huge hit. Addison loved rolling, bouncing, flying, and jumping around with all of her friends - both young and old! She had a really great turnout and we appreciate all the many fun and exciting gifts that she received. We hope that everyone had half as much fun as we did. Can't wait to celebrate all of your birthdays this year!

Congrats Aunt CC!

Congratulations to Aunt CC - she graduated from nursing school this weekend and we were so excited to share in this special time with her. We went to the pinning ceremony on Friday night and then the actual graduation from MUW on Saturday morning - Addison was really good through both ceremonies. On Friday night, we went to a catered reception complete with a "DJ" and you know who was one of the first to hit the dance floor! As you can see, Aunt CC and Addison were getting "Lo" and it wasn't long before the great-grandmother decided that she didn't want to miss out on the fun! We are so proud of you and wish you well in Tuscaloosa. We will miss you!

Sloan, Molly, Aunt Kate, and Uncle Nate came to visit this past weekend and we had a blast! We went straight to GattiTown when they got into town and started the weekend off with a good time. There is something for everyone at that place! Saturday morning, we went to watch Jackson play ball - he is a great little ball player! Then, we cooked out on Saturday night and Uncle Haydn and Aunt Morgan came over. It was nice to just hang out and catch up. The weekend went by way too fast and we all took a long nap on Sunday to recuperate from all the activity. Addison went full blast the entire time and tried to keep up with every move Molly made! She has the sweetest cousins in the world!
