Since a picture is worth a thousand words and words cannot accurately describe the joy of having a child, I can't think of a better reason for all the pictures that will follow in the upcoming posts! We welcomed Maggie Elisabeth Lindley into the world on October 8, 2008 at 7:27 AM. She weighed 7 lbs. 15 oz. and was 2o in. long - a perfect angel! We can't wait to raise our two beautiful girls and lead and walk with them down the path that God has already prepared for them!
This picture was taken shortly after 6:30 AM in the pre-op room. Addison came in her pajamas as it was definitely too early for her to be up! She quickly perked up when she realized what was about to happen and changed into her "big sister" shirt. She was so sweet and definitely concerned asking questions such as "Where's Mommy going?" and "What are they doing?" - she also wasn't too sure about Lee being decked out in the "doctor" outfit!

Addison gets to hold her "baby sister" for the very first time - she is head over heals in love! This is my favorite picture!
I had to include this photo as well as it is the best description of how Addison gets anytime she is around Maggie - she gets so giggly that she starts belly-laughing then the whole room is full of laughter!
